Danny Lam
/biography
Danny Lam was born in Hong Kong. Graduated from Grantham College of Education in Hong Kong and the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program at U.B.C. Danny has been the Head of Visual Arts at both elementary and high schools in Hong Kong. His award winning prints and poster designs have been exhibited in both Canada and Hong Kong. He had led his school in becoming one of the schools winning the most visual arts and design competitions in Hong Kong for three consecutive years.
As a freelance writer and an artist who enjoys writing and travelling, he currently resides in Canada. His articles have been published by Ming Pao, Rise Weekly, World Journal and its website.

出生於香港。畢業於香港葛量洪教育學院美術與設計教師專修科，加拿大卑詩省英屬哥倫比亞大學藝術學士。歷任香港中、小學視覺藝術科科主任。版畫與海報設計均曾經分別在加拿大及香港兩地獲獎及展覽，並連續三年教導學生令任教小學成為香港獲得最多校外視藝與設計比賽獎項小學之一。
現居於加拿大，享受旅遊和寫作之樂。文章與遊記以紫桂為筆名，刊登於《明報》加西版、《高度生活周刊》、《世界周刊》及其互聯網頁。攝影作品曾於香港《教聯報》和加拿大《潮》雜誌、新時代電視、《明聲報》登載。
